Events available with the tracking web service

All events in the table include information such as the event id, the event name, and the description of what is happening to an order:

Direct orders

SP006DELIVERY APPOINTMENT CHANGE - RETAILER OR CUSTOMER REQUESTThe delivery timeslot or day has been changed as a result of a request by the retailer or the customer.
SP007ADDITIONAL DELIVERY ATTEMPT SCHEDULEDPaack has scheduled a further delivery attempt.
SP008APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULED - OTHERThe delivery timeslot or day has been changed.
SP009DELIVERY APPOINTMENT BROUGHT FORWARDThe delivery day has been brought forward.
SP010WAITING FOR RETAILER INSTRUCTIONSThe order is on hold waiting for instructions from the retailer.

SI013WEATHER OR FORCE MAJEUREThe order has been rescheduled due to severe weather or other force majeure reason.
SI014HOLIDAYThe order has been rescheduled as the original delivery day was a holiday.
SI015NOT RECEIVED FROM RETAILEROrder has been manifested but Paack has not received any packages for this order.
SI016PARTIALLY RECEIVEDOrder is on hold because we have not received all the packages of the order.

SA007NOT ATTEMPTED BY DRIVERThe driver finalised their round without attempting the order.
SR001RETURNED TO SENDEROrder has been returned to the retailer warehouse / store.
SR002RETURN TO SENDER SCHEDULEDDate has been fixed to return to sender.
SC001CANCELLEDOrder has been cancelled.

Reverse orders

SA010REJECTEDThe driver is at the customer address but the customer does not want to return the item anymore. Will not re-attempt.
SA011ATTEMPTED OTHERCollection has been attempted but was not successful due to a reason not specified above.
SC005NOT COLLECTED - OTHERCollection will not be done due to unspecified reason.
SP011COLLECTEDOrder has been collected from the end customer.
SP012COLLECTION PLANNEDCollection has been planned in a delivery round.
SP013DELIVERED TO RETAILEROrder has been tendered to the retailer.
